Fall 2024 Formal Sorority Recruitment
Meet Our Sororities
Tuesday, August 20: Italian Ice at the Duck Pond 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Orientation Events (two options):
Wednesday, August 21: Orientation (Norm Asbjornson Hall - Inspiration Hall) 4:00 - 5:00pm
Thursday, August 22: Orientation (Norm Asbjornson Hall - Inspiration Hall) 6:00 - 7:00pm
*Each registrant will have an opportunity to hear from other women about why they chose to join Montana State's Sorority community. The Sorority Recruitment Counselors will then give a presentation with information on the four sororities and details of what to expect over the next few days.
Day 1: Sisterhood Night
Friday, August 23th
Norm Asbjornson Hall - Inspiration Hall
5:00 - 9:00 pm (30 minute parties)
Bid Day at Bobcat Stadium
Day 2: Philanthropy Night
Saturday, August 24th
Norm Asbjornson Hall - Inspiration Hall
1:00 - 5:00 pm (50 minute parties)
Day 3: Preference Day
Sunday, August 25th
12:0 - 4:00 pm (60 minute parties/meet in SUB Ballrooms)

Women will only be able to attend a maximum of two parties on this day. Conversations will center around a woman's possible future in this sorority and more specific aspects of membership. After this night PNMs will fill out an MRABA form stating which sororities they will accept a membership bid from. If an MRABA is not signed, a woman cannot join a sorority. Each party for preference round will be one hour.
Day 4: Bid Day
Monday, August 26th

9:00 - 12:00 pm | Bid pick-up| PNM's can stop by at their convenience during this window of time.

Norm Asbjornson Hall - Inspiration Hall
Sometimes called "The Most Wonderful Day of the Year" by active members, Bid Day is the celebration in which women reveal the house they have chosen and meet their new sisters. Have an excellent time and get excited to meet the amazing women of your new organization!
