We remember Terry “Doc” Hamburg with gratitude and deep appreciation for the care he brought to the Peer Mentor community. Terry cared deeply about student success and was committed to making sure students had the support, encouragement, and resources they needed to thrive.

As a longtime MSU community member, veteran, physician, and Peer Mentor, Terry brought a unique perspective and a straightforward, genuine commitment to helping others. He was especially passionate about supporting fellow veterans, while extending that same care and advocacy to all of the students he mentored.
