The Engagement Advisory Roundtable (EAR) is committed to facilitating positive change for employee engagement within the Division for Student Success. Originally called to order in 2014, this committee was responsible for distributing Q12 surveys, and performing employee interviews in 2015 to learn more about Division workplace culture. Summer 2016 kicks off some program recommendations from collected survey and interview results, including the creation of this website. Learn more about EAR here.
