Participant Resources
Once you have been selected for a program, you have much to prepare!
We are sure you will find the communities of Bozeman and the campus of MSU to be very comfortable, attractive, and welcoming. Bozeman is a town of approximately 35,000 people, tucked up against the Rocky Mountains just 90 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. It is a prime base from which to explore the wide open spaces of the American West with all its natural beauty, Native American history, and pioneer traditions. While Bozeman is a safe and friendly small town, it also features all the amenities of a larger city including a major airport, excellent health care, and a burgeoning high-tech industry.
We will be in regular e-mail contact with you before, during, and after the program. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime. Also, please share this website with your family and encourage them to follow the schedule.
The entire staff of MSU looks forward to meeting you, working with you, and learning from you. We hope that our upcoming time together will prove to be just the beginning of a lasting friendship. On behalf of everyone you will encounter during your stay in Bozeman, safe travels and see you soon!
Sincerely, Your Montana State University program staff
