Yui Nakama, Okinawa Global Leadership Program alumna, is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and Public Administration at the George Washington University under the Fulbright scholarship. Her research focuses on Space Safety, Security and Sustainability Policy, drawing upon her background in Economics and International Politics gained at the University of Tokyo, Japan
In January 2024, she started a new job as an assistant for the Summit for Space Sustainability at Secure World Foundation in D.C.
Yui is also a Global Fellow at European Space Policy Institute in Vienna, a Senior Consultant at Euroconsult, and a Space Business Specialist at Green Carbon Inc. in Tokyo.
