Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that emergencies arise, and plans change. If you are unable to attend your appointment at Student Health Services, please contact us promptly to reschedule. Missed appointments mean missed opportunities for other students in need. If you need to cancel your appointment, please log in to your patient portal or call 406.994.2311.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled before the scheduled appointment time. You are allowed one (1) late cancellation or no-show without incurring any fees. Subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $10 fee charged to your student account.
Late Arrivals
Please log in to yourpatient portal before your visit to complete any necessary forms. Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to allow for proper check-in and verification that all required forms have been submitted. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered late and youmay be asked to reschedule.
