Family and Consumer Sciences
In Yellowstone County, the Family and Consumer Sciences program is led by Extension Agent, Erin Gregory. The focus is to improve individual, family, and community well-being. Programs are intended to provide research based education and resources relating to food and nutrition, health and wellness, and a wide range of family issues such as changing family structures, inter-generational relations; human response to stress and crisis; family laws, finance and economics; and decision-making.
CURRENT PROGRAMMING
ServSafe Food Manager is an ANSI-CFP accredited program administered by the National Restaurant Association. This full-day program and proctored exam is delivered by Certified ServSafe Instructor and Yellowstone County MSU Extension FCS Agent, Erin Gregory.
