Project Add/Drop Deadline May 1, 2026 Last day to add or drop a project in ZSuite is May 1, 2026. 
Jan French Scholarship Applications accepted May 1, 2026 Applications for the Jan French Memorial Scholarship will be accepted beginning May 1.  The application consists of a 1-2 pg essay detailing how 4-H has impacted your life, how 4-H has prepared you for life after high school and what your plans are after graduating.  Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Judith Basin Co. 4-H project to be eligible for this scholarship. Applications can be emailed to judithbasin@montana.edu or dropped off at the Extension Office.

Jan French Scholarship Application deadline June 1, 2026 Deadline to submit your application for the Jan French Memorial Scholaship is June 1.  Applications can be emailed to judithbasin@montana.edu or dropped off at the Extension Office. 
Horse Forms Due June 1, 2026 Required Horse Forms are due to the Ext Office by June 1. Forms can be found on our 4-H forms page as well as ZSuite. 
Senior Camp - Get Grounded at Camp Wild & Well! June 3-5, 2026.  Senior Camp will be at Crystal Lake! This camp is for 4-H members who are 13 by June 3, 2026.  We will focus on relaxing, connecting and preparing ourselves for the busy summer ahead.  Fishing, hiking, yoga, star gazing, plant identification, Dutch Oven Cooking and so much more! 
Junior Camp June 14 - 18, 2026 at Camp Rotary near Monarch Counselors report to camp on Sunday (6/14). Campers check in on Monday June 15.
Fair Entry Closes! June 22, 2026 Last day to enter for the 2026 JB Co. Fair is June 22.  Visit Fair Entry to complete your entries. 

 

July 2026

Last day for late fair entries July 1, 2026 Late entries will be accepted until July 1 for the 2026 JB Co. Fair.  Late entries must be done through the Exension Office and are subject to a late fee. 

August 2026

Tween Camp August 10 - 12, 2026 Tween Camp will be in Fort Benton.  Watch for details!
