Having Trouble Logging into Canvas?

If you're having issues accessing Canvas, here are a few things to check:

If You Are a New Student

Make sure you’re registered for Orientation.

If You Are a Current Student

To access Canvas, you must be registered for at least one course in a term after Spring 2025.

Do You Have a Registration Hold?

Check MyInfo or NavMSU to view and resolve any holds. Once your hold is cleared and you’ve successfully registered, you should be able to log in.

Reset Your NetID Password

If you’ve taken care of all of the above and still can’t log in, try resetting your NetID password:
