Testing Services and Resources

Testing is one of our most commonly used accommodations. This includes:

  • Extra time on testing
  • Reduced distraction environment
  • Private testing room
  • Breaks during exams

As well as other personalized testing accommodations.

Notetaking

Disability Services implements notetaking accommodations through services such as:

  • Hiring an anonymous peer Notetaker
  • Recorded Lecture
  • Recorded Lecture with the use of Glean

Disability Services provides alternative textbooks such as:

  • Audiobooks
  • Online PDF version of textbooks

How to register for academic accommodations:

  1. Log into Accommodate (You will need your NetID and password)
  2. Complete the Student Request form by clicking Accommodation & Information Requests and then Accommodation Request
  3. Then, click the Documents tab to upload your documentation to the Accommodate portal (Here is the link to our Documentation Guidelines)
