General Information/Policies and Guidelines
Information
- Check in: After 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
- Check out: Before 11:00am on the day of your departure
- All rooms have twin beds
- All buildings are traditional style residence halls, meaning that there is a community bathroom down the hall.
- Buildings do NOT have air conditioning
- Bringing your own fan is recommended
- Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you
- Fresh bed linens (blanket, sheets, pillow, pillowcase) and towels are provided upon arrival
- Bathrooms are located on each floor
- All Residence Halls are coed unless requested by camp/ conference coordinator
- Lounges and laundry facilities available in each residence hall.
- Laundry card available upon request at front desk
- Attendees requesting assistance or special services may contact staff at any time
Policies and Guidelines
- Please review the following University Policies and Summer Housing Regulations
- The use of tobacco (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, smokeless tobacco and all other tobacco products) is prohibited campus wide.
- Alcohol consumptions is prohibited in all areas except by persons of legal age in private quarters
Campus Housing Cancelation Policy
- For all individual room reservations, cancelation of a partial or total room reservation must be received by Conference Services or University Student Housing at least 24 hours prior to arrival or will be charged for one night's stay. The same policy will apply to no-shows.
- For all rooms in a rooming list, cancelation of a partial or total room reservation must be received by Conference Services or University Student Housing at least 7 days prior to arrival or will be charged for one night's stay. The same policy will apply to no-shows.

- Guests receiving mail while staying at a Residence Hall should have senders address items as shown below. The more information listed on the envelope, the more timelier receipt of the mail to the hall.
