Platform: Together, we strive to uplift our campus community through service and dedication to students throughout our community. Our primary goal is to enhance safety, affordability, and advocacy for all Bobcats. Safety is important whether its early in the morning or late at night. To improve safety on campus, we will propose new actions and policies that prioritize the safety and well-being of all students, including installing more lighting to enhance visibility on campus, creating a text safety alert system, and launching new campus transportation systems, including a campus shuttle. Affordability is at the forefront of our minds when making financial decisions that impact students. We will support students in their educational journey by working with the Administration and Faculty to introduce a syllabus bank that any student can access to determine which courses are right for you before you pay for them. We will also advocate for student clubs and intramural teams by fighting to bring back Giving Day so that student organizations can raise the funds they need to be successful. Advocacy is the bread and butter of what we strive to do. We will work to create new Q&A events that invite students to ask questions of ASMSU Execs and MSU Administrators to allow students to learn about projects and initiatives MSU & ASMSU are working on We will also include student voices during fee increases by notifying students when a fee increase is proposed and soliciting feedback that will be shared with decision-makers to ensure students know what they are paying for. Together, we can uplift our campus community and ensure that MSU is a welcoming and supportive campus for all students!
