Microbiology: Pre-Veterinary – B.S. in Microbiology, Pre-Veterinary Option

In the Microbiology: Pre-Veterinary Track program at Montana State, students are able to delve into the study of ecological microbiology, environmental microbiology, immunology and virology to prepare students for entering veterinary school. For interested Microbiology: Pre-Veterinary Track students, a Pre-Veterinary Medical Certificate program is also available for students who have already obtained their B.S. degree and are seeking a structured approach to coursework necessary to apply to veterinary schools.

The Microbiology major at Montana State offers five additional Options Within the Major: General Microbiology, Pre-Medicine, Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Health and Medical Laboratory Science.
