We currently offer online, on-demand training for most of our subjects.

If you need further assistance after taking the online training, there are other web support resources available to you including screensharing sessions to assist you.

To gain access to edit your MSU website in our Content Management System, you will need to take two courses: Basic Web Editing and Creating Accessible Web Content. These courses, listed below, require about two hours to complete. Users must begin with Basic Web Editing.

All content and information posted to MSU websites and public information systems must comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. All content and information must also comply with applicable MSU policies and procedures, including the Acceptable Use of Information Technology Policy, Web Accessibility Policy, Enterprise Data Stewardship Policy, and procedures to prevent unauthorized posting of information subject to specialized risk, such as Controlled Unclassified Information, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) subject information, and similar sensitive, non-public information.
