Description of Request

Fiscal Shared Services (FSS) is a growing organization. Presently, office arrangements include having team members decentralized and fully embedded with the units they serve, co-located and nearby the units they serve, and remote (Nopper) from the units they serve.  This request is for the offices in Leon Johnson 315, 316, 317 for a total of approximately 385 sf. This space will allow FSS Academic Team II to be embedded/co-located in the departments that they are serving, many of which are located in Leon Johnson Hall. Allocating these rooms would free up space elsewhere on campus in Lewis and Linfield Hall’s as the Academic Team 2 begins to consolidate into the three offices in Leon Johnson.

Space Management Committee unanimously approved the allocation of Leon Johnson 315, 316, and 317 to Fiscal Shared Services.
