MONTANA STATE RESEARCH EXPENDITURES HIT ALL-TIME HIGH
For the third year running, MSU recorded an all-time high for research expenditures, tallying more than $193 million for the fiscal year ending in June.
MSU AWARDED $20M GRANT FOR QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
With a $20 million grant from the National Science Foundation, MSU and the University of Arkansas will establish the MonArk Quantum Foundry to accelerate the development of quantum materials and devices.
INDUSTRY AT INNOVATION CAMPUS
A new 87,000 square foot building aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and attracting new businesses in MSU’s Innovation Campus is in the works. INDUSTRY, a Denver-based company that provides custom workspaces for businesses, will occupy this space.
MSU RECOGNIZED FOR SCIENTIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS AND IMPACT TO INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
Montana State earned a spot on the CWTS Leiden Ranking for 2021, which ordered the 1,225 universities in the world with the largest contributions in international scientific journals.
