The Office of the Registrar does not issue unofficial transcripts, however, your unofficial transcript can be accessed in your MyMSU account. If you attended Montana State University after 1989 you have access to MyMSU. MyMSU allows access to personal information such as transcripts, class schedules, grades, financial aid packages, and pay stubs. You may access MyMSU from anywhere and at any time, even if you are no longer a student at MSU. If you do not remeber your Net ID and Password, you can reset it by using the claim/reclaim Net ID.   

Once you have logged in to your MyMSU account:

Click the Registration & Records tab, then click "Unofficial Transcript" located in the Transcript & Enrollment Verification Card.

For transcript level, select "all levels," and select "web transcript" for transcript type. Then click "submit."

Your unofficial transcript should now display.

*To save a copy of your unofficial transcript, right click, select print, change print destination to "save as PDF"
