Course Scheduling Toolkit
Academic departments review the Schedule of Classes each semester and submit course changes to the Office of the Registrar. Below are step by step instructions on the process. These resources can be used as introductory documents to get started with course scheduling or as a refresher for those familiar with the course scheduling process. Per MSU’s space management policy all instructional space is scheduled in Ad Astra the universities centralized scheduling platform.

New program coordinators: You will need to contact Pamela Harvey for access to the dandd@sympa.montana.edu listserv. You will also need to fill out a Knox folder request through UIT.
Please note: When making changes to sections with current enrollment departments are responsible for contacting the enrolled students to notify them of the changes.
