100.00 INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE 

This policy establishes the requirements for procurement of goods and services on behalf of Montana State University.  This policy is governed by the requirements of state law, state regulations and the Procurement Delegation Agreement for the Montana University System.  The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance to departments regarding those requirements and the university procedures for procurement.
