Support Hub
The Support Hub is the centralized home for all technical assistance and support provided by the Local Government Center (LGC). It streamlines how requests are submitted, tracked, and resolved, while also providing a searchable library of training and knowledge resources.
The Support Hub offers:
- One digital gateway to every LGC support service
- Centralized ticketing for accurate routing and consistent follow‑up
- Self‑service learning resources, including articles, guides, and courses
- A digital assistant that helps you find answers quickly and independently
Our goal is simple: make support and guidance more accessible for Montana’s local governments.
