Committee Reports: 
• Photograph-Corry said Amanda Dawn Photography has committed just waiting for a contract 
• Buyers’ meal-Tammie said that the caterers had confirmed the details, Teresa Young wants part of the processing for the pork taken care of by the livestock committee, lamb will be donated by Schultz Ranch, and goat will be donated by Crazzy Goat Ladies
• Awards-Still working on getting a business lined up for showmanship and market banners and buckles will be ordered by the end of June
• Champions’ awards-Buckles and banners were picked up by Tammie
Old business:
• Showmanship clinic: small turnout from Fergus County, with only a few animals in each animal species
• The sale meeting will be on June 20th at the fairground with a MANDATORY Superintendent meeting directly after.
New Business:
• Beef stalls and tie outs: Beef stalls will not be charged for this year will go back to the old system of taping your name to the stall. The horse committee will be asked for permission to use panels for steer tie-outs.
• Shavings: Tractor supply will be asked to donate shavings
