Leading Local is an interactive workshop for new or emerging community leaders on key concepts related to serving on a board. This workshop help participants:
- Feel better prepared to serve as an effective board, council or committee member
- Gain tools you can use to help your organization make real progress towards its goals
- Learn about how different generations volunteer and lead differently
- Learn the elements of a productive, yet enjoyable meeting
