Student Engagement Programs

The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) at Montana State University is at the forefront of cultivating a vibrant campus experience through a diverse array of programs. These initiatives are designed not only to enrich student life but also to contribute significantly to student retention and MSU's broader strategic goals.

OSE's programs are meticulously crafted to align with the university's strategic plan, aiming to provide students with holistic development opportunities. These events challenge students by exposing them to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences. Whether through leadership workshops, cultural events, service projects, or social activities, OSE's programs support students in their personal and academic growth, fostering a well-rounded education.

The importance of OSE's programs extends beyond campus boundaries, aligning with MSU's commitment to preparing students for leadership roles in the community and beyond. By offering engagement opportunities that transcend the classroom, OSE helps students develop crucial skills such as leadership, teamwork, and cultural competency, which are essential for success in the global arena.

In line with OSE's mission, these programs empower students to become leaders not only within the university community but also in the broader societal context. By encouraging active participation, fostering inclusivity, and promoting a sense of belonging, OSE contributes directly to the cultivation of well-rounded individuals who are not only academically successful but also socially and ethically aware.
