The 4th annual Bozeman Applied Economics Summer Conference at Montana State University was held on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in Linfield 301.

This small conference brought together researchers in varied areas of applied micro including labor, public, environmental, agricultural, and the economics of crime. In addition to the presentation sessions, participants have opportunities to explore Bozeman's beautiful surroundings.

History

Since 2022, MSU's Department of Agricultural Economics & Economics, with support from MSU's Initiative for Regulation and Applied Economic Analysis, has organized a summer conference dedicated to applied economics research. Topics have included labor, health, environmental, development, public, and agricultural economics. The conference typically features 15-20 speakers over two days, in varying time formats. We thank the conference committee for their commitment to excellence in research and collaboration in the field.
