Hosted by the Jabs Community Banking Program. In partnership with the Montana Independent Bankers Association.

- Strengthen your visibility and long‑term recruiting pipeline with Montana State and Jabs
You’ll host a cocktail‑height table with a black tablecloth in a conversation‑first setting. Light snacks are provided; no large displays are needed. The focus is on short, focused talks with students who want to understand community banking careers and move toward interviews.
